Florida Community Loan Fund

To provide loans on affordable terms and technical assistance to meet housing, economic development, and social service credit needs in Florida's low-income communities.

To assist traditionally underserved organizations and businesses in both urban and rural areas by complementing and extending the reach of conventional lenders and public institutions.

To responsibly match resources from socially concerned investors and donors to the needs of low-income people, significantly strengthening social and economic justice throughout Florida.

Without the Loan Fund, we could not have achieved this addition to our space or expanded our services. We are extremely proud of the assistance we can now provide throughout Broward County to physically challenged people who want to live more independently and work at real jobs in our communities.
