Please keep in mind that contributions to Equity Capital give the Loan Fund significantly more flexibility in the terms it can offer to borrowers and the additional debt capital it can secure to lend to worthy community projects. For every $1 contributed to equity, the Loan Fund can raise $3 in new debt capital.

It complies with the registration requirements of chapter 496, Florida Statutes, the Solicitation of Contributions act. Registration number is SC-08044. Registrations does not imply endorsement, approval or recommendation by the state. The Florida Community Loan Fund does not retain professional solicitors on a contract basis. 100% of all charitable contributions are received directly by the Organization.
