The Loan Fund works with conventional lending institutions of all types, other CDFI financial intermediaries, religious organizations and foundations to meet the credit financing needs of Florida nonprofit organizations. Whenever possible the Loan Fund welcomes the opportunity to participate with other lenders in making worthwhile projects a reality. From time to time the Loan Fund may contact other lenders to introduce them to a lending opportunity as well as accept referrals from conventional lenders whose underwriting criteria or risk tolerance may exceed the parameters of a particular community project. |
