Here's how the loan application process works. See how, step-by-step, you can put The Loan Fund's financing to work in your community. By borrowing and repaying your loan, the financing you use eventually gets recycled and is available to help fund other community projects.
The Loan Fund currently has two applications. One application is for Affordable Housing or Supportive Housing project loan requests. The other form is for Community Facilities or Economic Development project loan requests. To begin the process of applying for a loan, download our Loan Application Binder. The binder contains both of the application forms.
Complete the form and submit the form and required information to our Jacksonville Field office. Once an application is received the Loan Fund will perform a preliminary review of the package. When that is complete, you can expect an E-mail or phone call from a member of the Loan Fund staff to discuss your request.
