The Florida Community Loan Fund provides social service loans to nonprofit organizations engaged in social service activities that address the needs of low-income communities.
Social service loan opportunities include:
 - Facilities loans for non-profits engaged in services to
targeted low-income populations (i.e. rural farm workers, immigration and job services, educational services, daycare services, rural farm worker advocacy services, etc.)
- Loans to develop or build non-profit community centers
in low-income neighborhoods
- Loans to acquire buildings for affordable housing
augmented by social services targeted to low-income special needs clients (i.e. residential treatment programs, developmentally disabled group or community homes, homeless, pregnant teens, domestic violence shelters, etc.)
- Working capital bridge loans for social service grants

Minimum Social Impact Measure:
Borrower must demonstrate how low-income people will benefit from the proposed project and track units of service provided.
