Victor leads a team of Relationship Managers that are responsible for managing Commercial Relationships with companies with revenues greater than 5 million. The team works with clients and prospects to help them grow their business. Victor also serves as the Market Integration Executive for the Metro Market of Orlando.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.

Victor resides in Orlando, FL and in addition to Florida Community Loan Fund, he serves on the board of directors of Boston Community Capital and is Chairman of the Boston Community Loan Fund. In addition, he serves as the Vice Chair for the board of directors of the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund in Orlando. He is also the Executive Sponsor for the Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership Advancement (HOLA) Central FL Chapter.
