To support sustainable homeownership and advance neighborhood stability, the Wells Fargo NeighborhoodLIFT Program looks to the future by delivering down payment assistance and financial education to homebuyers in collaboration with NeighborWorks® America and local nonprofit organizations.

In Central Florida, Wells Fargo is partnering with Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, a local nonprofit, to help make homeownership a reality with the NeighborhoodLIFT down payment assistance grant. Eligible households could receive a $15,000 grant to help buy a home in the counties of Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Lake. For those who qualify as military, veteran, surviving spouse; law enforcement, firefighter, emergency medical technician, or teacher, an additional $2,500 may be available.

To learn more, individuals should attend a NeighborhoodLIFT event to get information and verify eligibility for the program. Events in Central Florida take place November 30 and December 1, 2018, at the Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld.
